Aesthetics and Affirmations Workshop

Available for Professional Training, Massage School Classes or Special Events.

This highly interactive and dynamic workshop, presented by company founder Jim Suelflow, first explores the importance of the enviornment in the treatment room and the individual therapist's responsibility for hygiene and personal presentation.

Then, students explore their own thought processes to discover how their THOUGHTS lead to FEELINGS lead to ACTIONS lead to RESULTS. Messages and myths about self-worth and industry perception, particularly those which plague healing practioners, and linger in the subconscious are brought to light. A ceremony is completed to help clear self-sabbotaging thought and action patterns. Students then participate in an exercise to replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations (or declarations). Visualizations for success are practiced, and students receive a short-stack of Jenny Hart's exclusive Affirmation Cards.
